No, I was implying that Vortexians could get a clue as to what he meant by visiting the page (since it wasn't obvious from his comments). It seems he plans to spend the most money where it will do the least good (of course). However he does seem to have picked up on Jed's favorite: Plug in hybrids - and from the description it seems that whoever wrote the paragraph actually understands what it's all about.
