Uncertanty is a central theme to quantum mechanics.  Classical mechanics does
not appear to exhibit this uncertanty.

The idea of universal minimum of stay capacitance is classical.  A sphere with
this amount of capacitance has a radius equal to the classical radius of the
electron.  The position of an elecrial chage within a faraday chage is
indetermainate.

The poistion of the electrical charge within the classsical radius of the
electron is also indeterminate. This is the amount of uncertanity quantified by
the Heisenberg Uncertanty relationship.
The quantum condition falls out from an analysis of this classical uncertanty.
