The problem with Mills Hydrino model is the missing force equation with
a force based on a true physical reason.
His luck was that you can model even deuterium with his molecular H-H
formula if you properly convert the radius and the forces. In reality he
is some few % off with his Hydrino formula, but the spectra do fit from
the shape.
"Magnetic Hydrogen" aka Hydrino has been discovered by Santilli more
than 20 years ago, way before Mills.
As in reality all charges are flowing on toroidal orbits (SO(4)) the
additional force can be exactly given by the so called "second torus
radius" force. As I did show you can derive the exact (= all measured
digits) masses of deuterium, helium, neutron etc. with this approach.

The SO(4) orbits are also the orbits of super-conduction = spin-only
current and this in fact looks like an energy hole (-orbit) from the
classical modeling point of view.
But any mentioning of QM or classical QM/QED modeling in this context is
of course nonsense as all these models are not fundamental and are not
able to give any basic property of matter. Just to mention the proton
radius fiasco and the missing explanation of "how muons do differently
couple with protons and 4-He". SO(4) physics will evolve but it will
take you a lot of brain-power to visualize all 6 dimensions (5
rotations) of energy/charge-mass flux.

The methods in which these so called "hydrinos" were formed look very
close to the way Leif Holmlid produces ultra dense hydrogen (UDH).
That being the catalytic action of potassium and carbon used to
produce UDH. Also, the arc explosions that Mills uses to produce
hydrinos looks very much like the method that the Proton 21 experiment
uses to produce metal clusters with an atomic weight in excess of 400.
I think what is going on here with Mills tech is that Mills is
producing ultra dense matter(UDM). UDM is very tough and can maintain
its structure and QM coherence at temperatures in excess of 90,000F.
The depressed orbits of electrons is caused by "Hole
superconductivity" through the Meissner effect as Holmlid postulates.
This ultra dense cluster based stuff is probably what Rossi calls out
as the active agent in this theory paper in Chapter 4.
This hydrino tech could all be the same tech involving highly
compressed coherent matter aka metalized hydrogen. This opinion is why
I beleive that the Rossi SK reactor and the SunCell are basically the
same reaction involving UDM. All LENR reactions may be based on UDM as
Holmlid has speculated. It's all the same.
