Ron— I did find the discussion in 37 pages quite thought provoking—particularly the items regarding use of naturally occurring nuclear isomers as a source of energy by inducing their decay to a ground state nuclear energy. However, that process can probably be accomplished more practically by resonant stimulation of quasi stable magnetic dipoles, quadrupoles and octupoles happening in the isomers.
