I dont know; however, predictions state that the the rise of the East will result in the fracturing of the west.
Cheep energy would help the West hold together. Cheep natural gas is doing that for now. Some politaical canadates want to ban fracking.Do they want to destroy the West? We need cold fusion now. I am still doing my part to trying to make this happen. Nothing, after 25 years, has comeof my efforts. Frank Z
