You suggested that the internet had been scrubbed of links, thus insinuating a conspiracy to hide the truth. That google search shows that there are still many links discussing it which haven't been scrubbed. If the 'main' sites run by the crackpot inventor no longer exist because he died and isn't paying the bills anymore, it's hardly surprising!
