Hi, IMO the main threat from AI is not the AI itself, so much as the fact that it is trained by humans, thus imparting human goals to it.
IOW if you train an AI to wage war, then it shouldn't surprise you if it does. As long as we remain combative, then our tools will amplify this trait. Humans err because meaning is hard. Machines err because meaning is missing. Regards, Robin van Spaandonk
