But, Green Acres (my favorite) don't come out on
a B & W  TV. Besides one of my grandkids put it
back together and took it home.

To top that. The Frequency Stipulation is a RED HERRING.
It's the concentration of Energy and it's HypoCharge that
counts.
IOW with the right "capacitor" design one of those neon sign
transformers with 15 KV 60 Hz should do just fine.
