The Positronium Ion may relax into a stable Triad, (*e-) or "Electronium". The folks at the Max Planck Institute as well as the folks at UCR (University of California, Riverside) and other are most likely looking for this now. http://www.mpi-hd.mpg.de/ato/psminus/ But you have to eject electrons along with the positrons or seed the magnet with Na-22 or other positron emitters to maintain charge balance.
