From an experiment I did years ago:
Many common brick that have been oven dried will not
heat up in a microwave oven.
If they are soaked in water and placed in a plastic bag then
zapped in a microwave oven, the temperature rise
is phenomenal.
Ceramic Stirling or Steam engine possibilities here?
