Gamma = [.511E6/1.0E6] + 1 = 1.5

At 100th  (-272,575 eV) 

Gamma = [272,575/1.0E6] + 1 = 1.2725

At 24th "Fractional Orbit"

Gamma = [69,696/1.0E6] + 1 =  1.0697
