It reads "dah dit dah dit, dah dah dit dah" in Morse code. In wireless
telegraphy, a telegrapher sends out this code signal along with its
station
ID repeatedly to attract other wireless monitors to elicit a response.
Another Morse code to elicit emergency response was, dit dit dit, dah dah
dah, dit dit dit --- SOS.
