Pulse-power is one of George's areas of expertise, and Jon's too.
George spotted the apparent Naudin error in MAHG, which may be
somewhat similar (if there is indeed error) almost immediately.
One more good reason why nothing less than a self-powered device
will ever satisfy the (justified) demands of all concerned.
BTW - I finally have conjured-up a possible (and simplified) way
to construct a self-powered CF cell, if it is capable of a COP of
about 3. No external fuel cell required - more on that later.
