But we do not have any such thing. This is like saying "if we win the lottery 
the very first thing we will buy is . . ." There is no point to discussing what 
you would do with a high COP when no one, anywhere on earh, knows how to 
achieve that COP.

Two other points:

1. The COP alone is insufficient. You must have an absolute power level of 
several watts; you must have reasonably high temperature and a steady flow of 
energy; and the cell has be reasonably safe. My guess is that any cell powerful 
and hot enough to do this would also be likely to blow your head off at any 
moment. I wouldn't want to be in the same room with one.

2. As I said before, if you can produce a COP of 4, even sporadically at 1 
watt, I am sure I can bring thousands of people to your door, many of them with 
money and plans to replicate. Just put detailed information in a properly 
written report on LENR-CANR.org, and people will be breaking down your door in 
no time. We have thousands of readers per week and they are anxious to hear 
about this kind of thing. They regularly contact scientists who report 
significant results.
