Dear Vo.,

NB: Many general questions I have posed have not even been responded
to.... much less answered, hummm?

(A)

As a general and open question:

My understanding is Quantum Physics, Quantum Electro Dynamics and
other areas of Quantum Behavior are THEORY. Often based on
Mathmatical Theory.

Has this changed? Are there some new physical LAWS [this is
different from theory} that are part of public domain??

  (B) Frequently articles are posted and sometimes questions are
asked along the lines of:

[i] is-are a body of emprirical observation or observations
or interpretations of obrservations?
[ii] if terms of definition are employed, such as "dark" or
cold" energy, current, voltage or other..... is it OK to ask for
simple definitions of or for there terms....
[iii] Is Are there any body of these terms, definitions or
terms or the like that one may go to to try to understand some terms,
new, old or not recorded?

[iv] Where do we go to to find out if we cannot find out in
fairly standard collections such as McGraw-Hill or the like?

[v] Can anyone, Vo or other suggest a beeter way to ask
these simple but very important lines of question?

      Best,

            JH
