NB:  Many general questions I have posed have not even been responded
to.... much less answered,  hummm?

My understanding is Quantum Physics, Quantum Electro Dynamics and
other areas of Quantum Behavior are THEORY.   Often based on
Mathmatical Theory.

Has this changed?   Are there some new physical LAWS [this is
different from theory}  that are part of public domain??

Howdy John,

You need not know the question nor the answer. You must be skilled in HOW to ask the question and how to give an answer. In the science world it is no longer important to know anything except how to get funded or know somebody that does.Organized groups of these people are described as Universities. One of their finest products over the past 25 years has been the advancement of the word " quantum". We can combine the word with breakfast cereal, strawberries and bananas to create an entirely new chemistry where milk is not required to wash it down. Combining the word quantum with spagetti has enabled scientists to visualize " strings' that may in the future be useful for clothslines when electric power becomes obsolete.

There is endless speculation as to the direction quantum may take. Theoriticians called "Wall Street" have discovered a type of fountain within the core of quantum which is loosely called the "money tree". These forward thinking people have began to work within the physics system to form networks that can mysteriously separate money from unsuspecting sources.

Texas A&M University just announced a evolutionary program of " instant science culture" whereas they construct a huge cannon shaped object on campus, load it with tightly bound bales of money and scatttershoot it across the world toward anyone standing near a PhD. The amazing accuracy of this cannon cannot be revealed due to the "proprietory" status of the secrets. Any attempt to circumvent the system or "channel" these resources into productive ends  is useless. It is a proven fact demonstrated by the most successful programs like the Tokamak and NASA that quantum  is the glue that holds the tiles onto the entire balloon.

Design a better bicycle and you will own GM in 10 years.

Richard
