Subject: [Vo]: Shades of Farnsworth's fusor?
Hi,
It was reported that when Farnsworth's fusor was producing copious
reactions the device became transparent. Now we have this:-

A physicist friend who roams in the shadowy world of very advanced
electromagnetic theory told me that anecodotes of transparency are not
unknown. You have to saturate the material with electrons so that the normal
impedance mismatch that causes reflection and absorption changes and
transparency occurs.
