If Michel Jullian would be kind enough to send me that link
to a spreadsheet.  :-)

1, C15H31COO)3-C3H5+ 3 H2O -----> 3 C15H31COOH + C3H5(OH)3

2, C15H31COOH + 15 CO2 + Heat-Catalyst -----> 16 CO + 16 H2

3, 16 CO + 16 H2O (ammonia water low temp) ------> 16 CO2 + 16 H2

4, C3H5(OH)3 + Heat-Catalyst -----> 3 CO + 3 H2

5, 3 CO + 3 H2O (ammonia water low temp) ----->  3 CO2 + 3 H2

Conservatively, about 30 pounds of algae oil can be reacted with CO2
and/or H2O to produce 6.4 pounds of Hydrogen on demand,
to run a Fuel Cell using the heat from some of the remaining
45 pounds of algae residue
OTOH. electrolysis of water to produce 6.4 pounds of hydrogen
requires 160 kWh at $.08/kwh = $12.80 making the 75 pounds
(dry weight) of algae worth $17.00/cwt.
