How about running reverse speech analysis on the interviews with Steorn? I've tried it with my own speech and it seems to work. The truth emerges from it unless it's a rehearsed speech, and the reversals seem to come out of the coughs, repeats, and other innocuous sounds in the speech. I've liked the idea that politicians can never lie when reversed :) .
