With or without 1000 years of reserves, one can only assume that ultimate control of a populace is imminent. Why? Because the information being given out to the people is nothing but doom and gloom. Thinking the sky is falling causes one to run for cover.
For one I have been sick and tired of the _STUPID_ conservation mantra for many years now.
