Thanks. I see Harold Puthoff wrote, "Fundamentals of Quantum Electronics." Perhaps his math and theories are online? Where does he believe the energy comes from? I've theorized it comes from the sea of energy we call time-space. Some referred to it as ZPE, quantum foam, or Aether.
