I'm practicing with it so I can see if the VDG can pump charge between 
an inner chamber and an outer shell of a "lifter/spacecraft" with
putatively no 
net charge wrt earth ground, to see if it will exert a force on the reported
"0.5 to 1.0 megajoule excess negative charge of the earth".
