A 50 MW heavy water reactor??

Surely you jest.

No jest, it was a serious question. I'm just too ignorant of the ins and outs of nuclear power to have realized it was apparently a dumb question, too.

The BBC showed some footage of the nuclear facilities. What interested me the most, is the line that was producing heavy water. A heavy water reactor is a plutonium 239 generator, which is how the Canadians and Indians built their first bombs. Given the World's situation, I don't think that anyone is going to stop the Iranian either.
