Wiki sez: Pioneer 10 is headed in the direction of the bright star Aldebaran, located in Taurus (constellation). The center of our Milky Way is in the constellation Sagittarius. I think that this would mean that Pioneer 10 is heading away from the galactic center, at an acute angle as seen from earth?

FWIW: Aldebaran is another name for Satan, so you take that for what its worth <g>.

Anyway it is one of the easiest stars to find. Follow the three stars of Orion's belt from left to right, the first bright star found by continuing that line is Aldebaran.
