Each weight looks like an egg. From this angle, it looks like the eggs are spaced 20 to 30 degrees apart. By timing the eggs with an egg timer, the egg to egg time is about one minute. So the Irish Eye is rotating between: 360/30 degree => 12 minutes per revolution; or, 360/20 degree => 18 minutes per revolution. If we knew the weight of the eggs, the exact spacing, and the radius of the Irish Eye, we could calculate the work. Eh?
