There have been significant updates to the gravimagnetic theory paper:
http://mtaonline.net/~hheffner/FullGravimag.pdf including a possible solution to the Galaxy Rotation Problem on page 23.There has also been the realization that cosmic matter and mirror matter are probably one and the same. An interesting NASA photo of a possible mirror matter galaxy (not identified as such by NASA) has been included.
