OK. Here is the original story for the facility in
question :

IOW - the rumor being circulated (unverified), is that
this facility has of last month not been tooled up to
manufacture solar cells, as claimed. Due to lack of
verification, this rumor should be taken with a grain
of salt. There could have been a legitimate change in
plans or whatever.

Again, I hope that this is incorrect and that their PR
is for real, but if I were an investor, I would
certainly want to know for sure. 

If the plant is supposed to employ 200-300, or even
being retooled, then you would expect to see at least
a hundred cars in the lot during working hours,
instead of one or two - right?
