Richard, OK. Here is the original story for the facility in question :

Due to lack of verification, this rumor should be taken with a grain of salt. There could have been a legitimate change in plans or whatever. Again, I hope that this is incorrect and that their PR is for real, but if I were an investor, I would certainly want to know for sure. If the plant is supposed to employ 200-300, or even being retooled, then you would expect to see at least a hundred cars in the lot during working hours, instead of one or two - right?
