Here the link to a planned series of videos (only 2 there so far) from a Racing-engine company in the Boston area. Paul Zigouras claims to already be running an ICE solely on water which is electrolyzed using electrical energy fed back from the alternator. Unfortunately, he made the initial claim four months ago but could not produce a demonstration unit, but apparently did take a number of cash deposits - then he faded from view. That drew the skeptics' attention, as well it should.

Obviously, if that feat (water-fuel w/ no hydrocarbon) had really been done rigorously, then I do not believe we would be seeing it on YouTube- as opposed to the Network Evening News... but hope springs eternal, as they say. There is probably a downside to the system, but that is not clear.

On the plus side, given the low credibility of this company stemming from the earlier failure to live up to claims, BUT balanced against the fact that they are an ongoing business with a remnant of reputation to uphold, and the fact that they are still adamant in the water-fuel claim ... well "benefit of the doubt?" may be in order ... since in a few weeks 'time will tell' if this is real or just another overblown claim.
