I think many of you had known Akira for longer than I had. He was very generous to me with his loan of a videocamera that I have used to film many LENR-related events.

It had been quite a while since I (and you) had heard anything about Akira.
Some of us had known that Akira had not been in the best of health. After
doing some investigation I spoke with his (or one of his) daughter's a
moment ago. I learned that he passed away in August.
