Alsetalokin is a poster on the Steorn forum who used a design by
another poster, Overconfident, and appears to have made the first real
PMM using only magnets.  Dozens of replications are underway.

Personally, I think it's for real.  I've been reading these guys'
posts for over a year.

Note the builder's name is Nikola Tesla reversed.  :-)
