Should try to get your facts straight? The way I count it is 4 white leds
that are pretty bright in series with a neon bulb and he says the bulb is an
ne2 so there can be very little current going through those leds? Looks lke
he is showing his heat measure device to.
Would be satisfied if you just identified your agenda?
