"Searching for Cosmic Matter" at:

has been very slightly updated.

The most significant update: "We might be manufacturing cosmic matter ourselves, in particle colliders. A proton-anti-proton collider may manufacture just as much mirror matter as matter. It simply is not detectable. A very small quantity of either kind of matter is manufactured to be sure, but possibly a detectable quantity. It may be of interest to attempt concentration of mirror matter from collider target area parts that have been in service for a long time. However, there is probably a much better chance of a find just looking around at crater sites and checking rock temperatures. A thermal imaging device of the type used for home insulation inspections might be of special use in prospecting for mirror matter. Rocks containing mirror matter will be darker than normal rocks in the vicinity."
