I would strongly suggest that you be VERY CAREFUL in dealing with
GammaManager. If you are going to visit "Professor" Szabo and his
facility based on the "Statutory Declaration" as displayed on the
GammaManager website, please note that the persons signing their names
to those testimonials were simply meter-readers with degrees (hint - how
many ways can you stretch the meaning of "extra power"?). Evidently,
they were not allowed to bring their own instruments, could not check
the calibration of the instruments used at GammaManager, were not able
to check how & where the instruments were connected to the system,
simply had to accept "Professor" Szabo's claime about how the meter
eadings related to the overall efficiency, etc. You will have to undergo
several hours worth of indoctrination before being allowed to see the
test setup. This will likely have the desired effect that you will be
more willing (or confused) to accept the claims that will be
subsequently made in order to convince you of the validity of the
"invention".
If you are still convinced that such a trip would be worthwhile, you
should be equipped with a few questions to ask "Professor" Szabo:
1) Why is the electrical-to-electrical output-to-input efficiency so low?
2) When and why was the decision made to switch the claims from
over-unity electrical out-to-electrical in efficiency to over-unity
combined electrical+heat out-to-electrical in efficiency?
3) Why has the system's electrical+heat output & electrical input (to
the drive motor) not been independently verified by sending it to an
independent testing lab (hint - try convincing a lab to set up a
properly-instrumented and calibrated calorimeter capable of measuring
hundreds of KW of heat).
4) How many potential customers are able to utilize the considerable and
low-grade (few deg. above ambient) heat produced by this inefficient
electrical machine continuously, without fail, and without variation in
all seasons including summer? (hint- what do you think will happen to
the machine if the heat produced cannot be taken away fast enough?)
5) Can "Professor" Szabo guarantee that the performance claims made (to
lure potential investors), such as "machine runs by itself", "electrical
to mechanical energy efficiency...is 1.25" etc, will be part of any
signed contractual agreements?
6) If the system is so good, why haven't local Hungarian utilities
snapped these units up as paragons of Hungarian scientific prowess? (ie
- ask the local Budapest utility what they think of the claims!)

built a free running FE machine. I have been invited to visit
Professor Szabo's laboratory for a two day seminar. They want to sell
us a license, of course.
They have several patents, if any of you would like to examine them
and give your opinion as to their workability, that would be nice.
I'm sure that Budapest is beautiful in the spring.
