...and not even a bad battery at that. Somewhere between NiMH and Li. 

From their specs. page:-

2.4 V, 4.2 Ah, 150 gm -> 0.067 kWh/kg which is about 40% better than a lead acid
battery.

One thing I don't see mentioned is price.
