other vids also Could be 1) relic of camera lens with air pollution 2) ionization of deep rocks rising to clouds, or 3) ionization due to an accident, which got worse 4) intentional small nuke, unfelt until the earthquake (Rulison type using PFB) I suspect #2 as this kind of thing has been reported before, several times, in the literature.
