Howdy Jones,
Speaking of inquiring minds, what do you think "enough available resources" would involve? The Dime Box Saloon rents space nextdoor to the Hip Pocket Finance Company which holds an interest in Shotgun Engineering and Research which is searching for alternates to using CLO2 and SO2 for water treating and de-chlorinating. I could ask them if they would consider making a small "payday" loan, maybe put up my ole yeller dog as surety. I sure wouldn't want to part with that dog so iI'd kinda want to believe sticking that needle in a frozen margarita would flavor the mix... with a touch of salt on the rim, of course.

If enough resources ever become available, one of the
first things I want to try is bubbling O2 through a
negatively charged needle into water at 1-3 C. to see
if any TT-ice can accumulate, and if so, how violent
the decay of such might be. Sounds simple, eh? Could
be a fizzler, but hey, inquiring minds want to know...
