I would also suggest it appears they overlooked the possibility of
using the neutron exchange reaction:
D + 11B --> 12B + p + .957 MeV
This reaction, and the follow-on reactions, I have suggested actually
taps the zero point field. See page 6 of "Nuclear ZPE Tapping":
