Every second speaker at the Democratic National Convention talked about energy and plug-in hybrid automobiles. I expect the Republicans will also have a lot to say about energy. With all this attention being paid to energy, whichever party wins we ought to be able to get a little funding for cold fusion from the next administration. If we cannot make any headway under these circumstances we are doing something wrong.
