I cannot even comment on it intelligently, until viewing it several more times. It is beyond fabulous. It could be a paradigm shift in alternative energy. It could well be the most important insight ever - towards finding the way to use water as fuel... oops... - not "water-water" ...but the "water-exclusion-zone" (i.e. the liquid crystal which can "grow" naturally from water) which BTW --- is probably what is already happening in those few (unreproducible) cases, which have found that water alone can be used as a power source in an ICE.
