The capacitance between the insulated turns, (the"winding capacitance")
with will store charge when there's a voltage difference between the
turns.
Any inductor will act like a self-resonant circuit when:

where f is the resonant frequency, in Hertz,
L is the inductance of the winding, in Farads, and
C is the winding capacitance.
