Howdy Jones,
As we become more interested in algae research we look for "related" science research for clues to solving problems associated with algae production. The biggest task for algae growth will be to solve the need for an abundance of sunlight. I suggest this is what keeps solar in numero uno over algae as the lead alternate energy source for the future. However, there are a host of "related" research projects past and present that can " reflect" upon technology and lend clues to how to "farm" algae, clues that include the water into wine theme. Makes you look past the girl sitting at the bar at the Dime Box( well almost)

Even socalled "far out" research is beginning to interest algae researchers i.e. look at Steve Krivit's latest publication of New Energy times and search out Jon Bokrus comment regarding the Russian paper on transmutation via Nuclear- biological means.. hmmm.http://newenergytimes.com/news/2008/NET30-jgk39gh12f.htm

Taken from the NET article..
"Most of the theories at the moment are connected with metal lattices. That is an obvious trend but not one that fits the facts because of the evidence now found in a book published in Russia that energetic nuclear reactions do take place in biological solids

For example, the 14th International Conference on Condensed Matter Nuclear Science was entirely concentrated on seeking heat, and there was trouble getting anything about transmutation into it. I think that the major usefulness of the effect is in transmutation-that is, being able to make rare metals from cheap ones."

Sign of the 'tight' times?

Alcohol is too valuable to drink anymore - since we need it for auto fuel.

OK... but...

What's a poor boy to do, say for a few cheap thrills at the DimeBox these daze?

Not to worry:

Whoa -- I almost ordered one of the Model-G, back when Shpilman [sic] was all the rage.

Maybe its time to get into the trendy-bar-b'ness by serving up various high-spin mineral waters to 12-steppers.
