I wrote the letter in an effort to get support from our congressional
delegation.
Thirty some years ago I began investigating reports of machines which
cohered the Energy of the Vacuum or the Zero Point Energy (ZPE). The
Quantum Theorist Hal Puthoff, www.earthtech.org , has published a series
of papers speculating about how the ZPE interacts with matter. He
believes that the ZPE is an unlimited source of pollution free energy.
The reason that we are still polluting the atmosphere with CO2, instead
of using this technology, is because it has been suppressed. My
associate Gary Vesperman authored a paper which is posted on this
website, www.panacea-bocaf.org/garyvesperman.htm . Another associate,
Jed Rothwell of www.lenr-canr.org , has been documenting suppression of
induced fusion by the scientific establishment.
It is the expressed intention of President Elect Obama to reduce
America's CO2 emissions. Stopping this suppression would be a good way
to do it. It would also create lots of economic activity. The above, are
but two of many examples of this suppression, I'd be happy to provide
