I have never seen that figure for land installations. The numbers on land vary from ~27% in Germany to ~33% in parts of the U.S. Some offshore installations reach ~40%. These numbers are accurate and well documented in dozens of studies made by EPRI, the DoE and the European energy ministries and power companies.
