I think this is an accurate portrayal of the present situation. I think that Kasagi's vew of the past is too heavily slanted in favor of mainstream projects. Also, he does not mention that Miles found excess heat at the NHE, but the NHE project managers refused to walk down the hall to look at his experiment.
