Dardik may not have been the perfect physician 20 years ago - but there is
*much more* to the story than meets the eye.

The medical suspension apparently was the result of the constant, nagging
insistence and lawsuits from a *single dissatisfied patient* with MS, who has
continued to slander Dardik's reputation for decades (check out the Amazon
reviews or Lewin's fine book).

That's right: a single persistent individual can do this kind of damage to a
physician in some states. She may have had a valid complaint. I don't know
enough about the case in question, nor his medical treatment to comment, but I
have heard that MS can be extraordinarily difficult to treat in some patients -
and his treatment was not sanctioned by the FDA which was the biggest problem.

I do know of other top-notch Doctors, extremely competent and the
best-of-the-best, who have been sued successfully over almost nothing more
serious than annoying "bedside manners" -- so this action should not in any way
reflect on Dardik's overall competence. It reflects more on the shoddiness of
the legal profession in many cases.

BTW - Dardik has a bunch of new videos out on YouTube - and it would not
surprise me in the least if he becomes "The Man" in LENR - the guy who finally
gets a commercial product to market.

The Israelis need this more than anyone, and what is it they say about
"necessity being the mother of invention" ? ...

... not to mention, how many scumbags have been good inventors in the past -
Edison comes to mind. Edison was both genius, and the egotistical fool who
electrocuted several elephants in a vain and silly attempt to show that Tesla's
AC was too dangerous to use in a home. OK- let's just say Edison was a
despicable petty human being, but a great inventor.

The two contrasting traits are not uncommon in the same individual. In fact,
creativity and insanity are rather closely paired in many well known people,
wouldn't you say?
