It's refreshing to have someone in the WH who can actually articulate.
I believe BO gave his speech without teleprompters.
You can clearly see the teleprompting reflective glass screens in
some of the broadcasts. There is one to the right and one to the
left. The text alternates between the screens so the speakers head
moves from side to side.
I think the fact he wrote the speech himself is much more important
and impressive. It was a speech that defined the tone for this
administration. I think it will have increasing historical
significance and meaning as events unfold.
