I was finally able to upload this paper:

Dardik, I., et al. Ultrasonically-excited electrolysis Experiments at Energetics Technologies. in ICCF-14 International Conference on Condensed Matter Nuclear Science. 2008. Washington, DC.

This paper is slightly revised:

Celani, F., et al. Deuteron Electromigration in Thin Pd Wires Coated With Nano-Particles: Evidence for Ultra-Fast Deuterium Loading and Anomalous, Large Thermal Effects. in ICCF-14 International Conference on Condensed Matter Nuclear Science. 2008. Washington, DC.

Mainly, they added the point that the cells are not presently optimized for low input and high output. I do not think it would be difficult to improve this ratio.

Here is an old papers that somehow came out crooked:

Szpak, S., P.A. Mosier-Boss, and M. Miles, Calorimetry of the Pd+D codeposition. Fusion Technol., 1999. 36: p. 234.

I used PDF Converter Professional to convert this into the "searchable format." That feature did not work adequately in the past. That is why I OCR'ed it all papers and convert them into Microsoft Word format. This still does not work very well in my opinion. It looks messy.
