Steorn hasn't spoken; but, forum members have bubbled up some older threads whereby Lenz was mentioned as the cause for the energy imbalance. Also, some of the SPUD members are leaving mad. Babcat has all but said he has seen a self-sustaining Orbo and others are calling him a liar. If you don't know him, he is the fanatic Christian who seems to have as much faith in Sean as, well, you know. BTW, other SPUD members have stated that they have NOT seen a self-sustainer.
I think Steorn saw this imbalance and started SPUD in hopes someone could make something of it. Having failed that, they are now asking for a higher level of expertise (300 engineers) to take up the cause. I think they saw Lenz and Barkhausen and thought they saw the Grail.
