People are happy when they get what they want, and they want to have their cake and eat it too. :) Pure socialism epitomizes fairness. Pure capitalism epitomizes freedom. What people really want is both fairness and freedom. They need not be totally mutually exclusive, but they must be to some extent. IOW we will never be totally happy.
