FWIW, Two weekends ago I attended an informal potluck held in the Milwaukee area. I had a chance to listen to Frankie Rowe talk about her experience of handling the mysterious "memory material." This occurred during the time events of the Roswell Crash. Frankie was around 14 years old when she handled the material. She recalled that it was pewter colored. When Frankie released the crumbled material it quickly returned to its original flattened state (no creases) within 1 - 2 seconds. They couldn't cut it or burn the material. Of equal importance were the threats Frankie and her family received afterward from military police warning her never to divulge to anyone what she had seen and experienced - talk and they would be picking her bones out in the desert. The threats affected her emotionally for decades. As Roswell crash proponents love to point out: Why make such a fuss over a weather and/or mogul balloon.
